The conventional manufacturing process for such tungsten balls was pressing and sintering. This process, by design, is slow and thus expensive. That was then, this is WOW! By modifying this process, we have managed to dramatically lower the manufacturing cost, without compromising quality.
Using this modified process, we can manufacture densities of between 14 and 15 g/cc (lead alloy is only 10g/cc) in all the sizes listed below. We can manufacture special alloys and control dimensions to tight tolerances.
Take a look at the tungsten shot table, and we think you'll agree: There are no longer any good reasons to continue using lead in your products.
