Our tungsten spheres are fully sintered solids. These are spherical-shaped, ball-like solids with a parallel band around one axis of the diameter. The diameter of this band is identical to the ball's diameter and is an essential part of the manufacturing process.
When inquiring, please specify the following:
- Material: (E.g. Tungsten alloy W — 92%, Copper-Tungsten alloy, etc.)
- Material density: We manufacture parts with a maximum density of 18.5 gr/cc
- Sphere dimension: We manufacture spheres from 3 mm to 100 mm (1/8" - 4") diameter
- Band dimension: Please specify if there are any special requirements or restrictions to the widths of the band.
- Order quantity
- Estimated annual demand
- Special packing requirements: All prices are quoted delivered to your plant.
- Price base: Please specify if parts are to be imported by air or sea.
